做法:
1.嫩黄瓜两根,菜凉加入两勺盐,盖上盖腌制15-20分钟(夏天可放进冰箱腌制);
4.看到黄瓜腌出半碗以上的水份时,大蒜切末;
3.将黄瓜、蒜末适量、香油20克、洗净;
2.黄瓜去皮切小条,再腌制10-15分钟即可食用。
